may be non-refundable after delivery, download, access, or commencement of fulfillment, except where required by applicable law.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services may involve work beginning immediately after an order is received.

Once substantial work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

This may include work involving:

  • keyword research;
  • competitor research;
  • website audits;
  • technical SEO;
  • on-page optimization;
  • content creation;
  • link building;
  • local SEO;
  • Google Business Profile optimization;
  • citation building;
  • GEO;
  • AEO;
  • AI-search optimization;
  • social media marketing;
  • strategy development;
  • reporting;
  • outreach;
  • other customized marketing activities.

4. Subscription Services

For recurring or monthly Services, customers may request cancellation of future billing.

Cancellation should be requested before the next billing date whenever possible.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for:

  • previous billing periods;
  • work already completed;
  • work already initiated;
  • third-party costs already incurred;
  • Services already delivered.

5. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation shortly after purchase and SEO Market has not yet started substantial work, SEO Market may, at its discretion, approve a refund.

Any refund approved under this provision may be reduced by applicable payment-processing charges or other non-recoverable transaction costs, where legally permitted.

Approval of a refund under this section is not automatic.

6. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once substantial work has started, cancellation generally does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Where appropriate, SEO Market may provide a partial refund at its discretion based on:

  • work completed;
  • work already committed;
  • third-party costs;
  • resources allocated;
  • project status.

7. No Refund for Ranking Changes

SEO Market does not provide refunds solely because:

  • rankings did not increase;
  • rankings decreased;
  • rankings fluctuated;
  • traffic did not increase;
  • leads did not increase;
  • sales did not increase;
  • a website was not indexed;
  • a backlink was not indexed;
  • a backlink was removed;
  • Google changed its algorithm;
  • another search engine changed its algorithm;
  • an AI platform did not cite or mention a website.

SEO and digital marketing results depend on factors outside SEO Market’s control.

8. Third-Party Platform Changes

No refund is automatically provided because a third-party platform changes its:

  • algorithm;
  • policies;
  • ranking system;
  • API;
  • indexing system;
  • account requirements;
  • search-result presentation;
  • AI-generation system;
  • functionality.

This includes search engines, social networks, directories, advertising platforms, and AI-powered search services.

9. Customer Delays

SEO Market is not responsible for delays caused by the customer, including failure to provide:

  • website access;
  • account access;
  • required information;
  • content;
  • approvals;
  • feedback;
  • technical access.

Such delays generally do not create a right to a refund.

10. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment, contact SEO Market as soon as possible.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing rules.

11. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If a transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious, SEO Market reserves the right to investigate, suspend fulfillment, and take appropriate action.

Customers may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify a transaction.

12. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, SEO Market will generally initiate the refund using the original payment method where technically possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

SEO Market is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

13. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact SEO Market before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter with SEO Market, SEO Market reserves the right to provide the relevant order, payment, communication, and service-delivery records to the payment processor or financial institution.
