Roles and Responsibilities
PPC (Pay Per Click) Expert to run paid search campaigns and monitor high spend budgets
In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) with Google, Bing & Facebook.

Experienced in the E-Commerce industry with Shopping campaigns for both Google & Bing.
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook)
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce daily reports for account analysis (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive/competitive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Monitor closely towards device-level performance
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
Set-up PPC campaigns across Google AdWords (primary), Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
Maintain and optimize existing client PPC advertising accounts. Typically looking for the person managing 6-8 accounts in total and will work alongside and report to project manager from our team
Make meaningful, well thought out recommendations to clients that will translate to increased sales for your assigned accounts
Proactively come up with ideas to improve accounts, improve client ROI and meet strict CPA goals
Work directly with clients by phone, Skype and email to build client relationships (must be able to speak knowledgeably and confidently about PPC strategies and technical PPC tactics)
Strong initiative and time management with the ability to manage multiple PPC accounts simultaneously
Take the lead on the Paid Ad topics of client calls to cover past results and to suggest improvements
A commitment to continued learning in the industry to stay on top of new PPC trends and releases to keep accounts on the cutting edge of PPC; training sessions are an important part of the company culture
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Bing)
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Tag Manager, etc.)
Understanding of XML Google feed
Proficient in MS Office (Excel skills very important)
Sound knowledge on Google re-marketing to structure and create audiences
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking with strong math skills
A keen knowledge of effective SEM media buy
Ready to work extra hours if required and keep a close eye on account performance during weekends and holidays.
Provide status/position reports during the weekends and holidays.
Ready to work from Saturday to Wednesday / Friday to Tuesday.
Value add if candidates have experience in Google Ads (search, shopping, display etc.)
Analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, etc) and find insights on how to grow faster.
Creative inputs and AB Testing – strategies on creatives and map them to relevant audiences, test different versions and formats to continually optimize campaigns.
